European automakers
I consider myself very passionate for cars and I insist that they
should give you strong emotions, not only when you see the
car, but especially when you drive. In my opinion a car must
have a manual transmission (automatics are mind-numbing garbage).
You should be able to hear the music from the engine.
I appreciate companies that try to minimize noise levels, but
for me I'd rather sit on top of a mountain if I want silence.
A large high-pressure turbo is a wonderful thing. Forget what
magazine writers say, turbo-lag is amazing fun and here is hoping
it is never 'refined' (uh-huh...) away! Last, the handling must
allow you to not only carve up the twisty roads, but feel them
as well.
I very much appreciate originality in the design. No copy companies
for me thank you. Please, do as Audi say in their new commercials,
whether it is a car company or yourself in life... "never follow"!!!
My favourite car of all time?
